Well i'm bored, there's nothing on this web execpt from the forum and uploading pic.

Why don't the The Boss and Forum Admins make new site feature? I'm bored of blue. Also the 'Artist of the month' there's only two people? Can't it be one people for each categories?

Also there's no activity going on. Why you people don't put up an art contest for each month? To see who the best, and that person can be the Forum Admins for a month (for the prize).
There's nothing to do around here ELLI NO LIKE.

WELL CHANGE OF MIND, I'M JUST NOT HAPPY OF THE FEATURE...IT'S ALL BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!! BLUE is the colour that make people cocentrate the most so i felt like stress around here...

FAC is very lenient with it's rules and people just take it for granted mostly.

FAC site is for minors. Thus you'll get biased and selective opinions on things.

Don't lose sleep over it though, it won't change any time soon, either.

Anyway, allow me to answer your questions.

- Blue [i]is[/i] FAC's current color scheme, true. But we're also working on a new layout with different colors.

- Artists of the Month. If we had more Artists of the Month at a time, it would dilute the bragging rights associated with [i]being[/i] Artist of the Month. Besides, there's simply WAY too many categories in FAC to have an artist of the month for each category (particularly since many artists do art for many different categories anyway).

- FAC contests can be found in the "Contests" section, near the bottom of the forums listing. There's always a contest of some sort running, they just aren't shown on FAC's main page (due to differences between site and forum workings).

- Nothing to do? FAC has, fundamentally, two parts: The art section (where you submit, view and comment on art), and the forums section. What more do you want? The forums are more varied than you think.

First off, if you're bored, that is not our fault. There are many, many other websites on the internet, you can look there until the board becomes more active later on.

Second, We used to have art contests that were started by Denis and the whole site would vote, but a big problem came out of that. It's just easier to have contests the way we do now, but maybe in the future something might change.

Third, Having forum administrative powers as a prize is a bad idea. The person may not be responsible at all or they may not even want that. A lot of people on the art site don't even [i]visit[/i] the forums. If you want to try to get them to be more active here, go ahead. I'm sure Denis will agree that a certain someone in the last huge contest we had would have been a very bad person to give administrative powers to as a prize or at all : x

Oh yeah, and as for artist of the month in each category... nominations are made here on the forums. Most people on this site don't even visit the forums, as I said earlier. Right now, just two for each month is fine. If you have anymore suggestions, feel free to post them.

yeah, strata & kate have covered pretty much everything. there are 100s of topics to look over here in the forums, as well as sanoshi's paintchat board. I'm sure you can find something to talk about. & as for only having the forums & art section, well, this is a [i]art[/i] site. you came here for the love of art & that's what you're gonna get.
