How do you put pics on you siggy like animated chibis?

rthe picture has to be hosted on a site

right click the picture and go to properties
copy the url
and then paste it in the [img] boxes ;)

The pic [i]itself[/i] must be animated. Then you just use an IMG tag like with other pictures.
