New E-mail Contact

Well, I'm finally getting rid of my dial up connection for a nice DSL modem. Smile

The catch is that I'm getting a new e-mail adress and have to throw out my old one.

So what I want to know is, can I switch my contact e-mail to something else or will I need a new account for that? My old adress is going to be completely deleted and I won't be able to use it anymore. I already have a yahoo account so I want to use that instead. Is that possible without having to become a newbie all over again?

Just change the email in your profile.

You will be sent a new validation email which you will need to deal with accordingly

I have always wondered that, if we want to change our e-mail or password, do we do it for our FAC profile, and the forum account will get updated automatically?

whenever i change passwords or somthing i do it in the main FAC thing and it changes my forum on as well *shrugs* ...all i know is you go to my controls "change emal address" ...that was my attempt at being helpful ,

I just switched e-mail contacts and just checked the validation e-mail. So now all I have to do is post my way out of the sandbox and everything will be back to normal. Very Happy
