Have any of you ever found yourself in a problem and some complete stranger goes out of their way to help you? Sometimes that kind of kindness is the best kind around. It inspires some to do something good for a stranger too. Write about your encounters here.
Today my mom was streaking my hair and right before we had to wash the bleach out my brother got an eye injury and she had to take him to the hospital right away. Well I couldn't go because I was in nothing but a torn up white shirt and torn up pajama bottoms. Plus there was a lot of bleach in my hair and if I didn't get it washed out soon then my hair would end up blonde with literally patches of brown in it. So my mom went over to our neighbor's house and ran into a lady she never seen before and she asked what was wrong, my mom told her and she offered to wash out the bleach in my hair. She turned out to be really nice and after they got back from the hospital my mom and this lady became very good friends. :)

we were in wales (when are we not in wales ) and we were going up this little trach on the side of a mountain when this other car started coming the other way...to make a long story short we got stuck they refused to move so the drivers of three other cars spent two hours trying to help us get out ...... thank you kind strangers if your reading this ..... |

As i have said many times before i work for a full service gas station and tow business so i do know a little about cars and such.
If i ever see an old lady or someone that looks like they need help i pull over and help them, whether they are out of gas or are just overheating and stuff. i help them get going again. most of the time they run out of gas or need a jump start but you would be surprised how many people out there don't know how to jump start a vechile. so i do it all the time and even lend them our gas jug thing so they can get there car running. And if i'm feeling really nice i will pull over to help someone with there flat tire, then i will fix it and then put it back on there car for them. i did it once free of charge and the old lady gave me 20 bucks i didn't want to take it but she kept on insisting so i had to take it, stupid pride. i just wanted to be nice ans stuff...........but don't get me wrong i hate being nice........everytime i am nice something bad happens to me......will explain some other time. _________________ I'm a bit silly on the goofy side on nonsense. ^_^ |

That's such a nice story, Sixx..
Just know that not all strangers are nice..
Though.. my brother and I, when my dad used to manage a Sunday football team, found a dog that had escaped.. strayed. You know.. So a family had just come out of church. 2.4 children family thing, you know. (they had 2 kids, though :/ ) and like, the kid asked my brother what was wrong and he told him of the dog.. they checked him out and he had a little doggie tag with address and everything.. The father offered to give my brother a lift to the address to return the dog. My brother thought "yeah, why not" so he got in the car with the dog and returned the dog. The family was greatful and stuff and the family returned my brother as soon as possible.
Everything was a-ok and he actually did a good deed for once.
Dad still freaked the f**k out big time. His own dipshit fault though <_< |

Aww such touching stories!!
I have one too!
About 2 years ago at a 4-H picnic a group of little kids were playing with a huge ball. My sister was one of the kids. There was a creek right near where they were playing...you can guess what happened next, the ball fell in the creek and the little kids were all sad and stuff. My sister volunteered to go get. So she jumps in the creek socks, shoes, the whole thing....she gets stuck in the mud at the bottom of the creek and starts crying. Some dude whom I have naever seen before hears her callin' hops in the creek pulls her ass out and saves the ball. All the little kids run up to him. He was considered a hero by all the little kids at the 4-H picnic that year. _________________ I have magical female powers

Yeah, that burning sensation and bald patches by the time she'd have been able to rinse it out would have been well worth the moral support of sitting in the waiting room. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Your avatar only makes you look so gosh-darned proud of that finely constructed reply to such a serious topic. Well done on making the wierdest mistake you've probably made so far after mistaking your mother's tit for your brothers foot in your sleep. Granted my reply makes less sense than yours does, and yours is a somewhat clear reference to the Simspons episode where it's some broadway musical but still, I laugh. |

Ah. I remember this one time where I was trying to figure out whether I'd have enough money for bus fare if I bought a book, right, and this lady overheard me (talking to myself, no less; I have to think out loud or I can't process the idea very well) and she randomly gave me her bus ticket. And I was like YES! YAY. _________________

Hey, I didn't even know what was going on until the lady left and I called my mom at the hospital. All I knew was that my brother had what I thought was Hawaiian Punch spilled all over his shirt. Everything happened really fast. My mom went down to the baseball feild (where my brother got hit with a ball and slit open some skin under his eyebrow) and then when she came back they left (but not before quickly asking the lady across the street to wash my hair.) I would've went if I could. I was really worried about my little bro.

Trying to make sure I don't get myself in trouble someday? You're so cute Gray. But I have common sense and can take care of myself too. _________________ Vaccum cleaners may look fun, but are deadly sex toys. as are certain vegetables like, terri schiavo -Powtaz |

i do the most kind thing ever and i know you all will agree with me.
i help out an orphange. its in mexico and is about ten minutes away. Its in naco sonora and it has almost 50 kids. my parents and i every year during x-mas get them clothes and presents. my uncle who speaks spanish dresses as santa claus and i dress like an elf. but the costume doesn't fit anymore so i just go as myself. It takes days to sort and get all the stuff ready.
That's not the only thing we do for them though. every once in a while we all get together and give them some ice cream or cakes and spend time with them and stuff.
its me and my cuz doing a pinata for the kids at the orphange. _________________ I'm a bit silly on the goofy side on nonsense. ^_^ |

Once when I was about 6 or 7 my mom was driving me to school when our car broke down on the side of the highway. All we could do was walk to the nearest gas
station, which was who knows where. We had been walking for a while when this tanish truck pulled over. The couple asked if we needed a ride and gave us a lift to
my school.I still remember my mom saying they were angels.Anyhow, that's my
story.Thanks whoever you two were !!!!!!!! |

I always love it when I get caught in construction. You know how they always close off one lane, so I sit for several minutes with the turn signal on trying to get over and some nice person lets me in. |
