Hi mods!
Just a quick inquiry.
I submitted a couple of artworks about 4 days ago.
One of them was already approved, however, the other two have been pending for that same number of days already.
Not sure if it's rejected or what.
Any information about this?
Thanks! |

You just need to wait a little bit ^_^ They'll either send you an e-mail or it just won't come up ^_^ _________________ Being normal is boring.+_+ |

On some occasions, if a picture looks a lot like official art, the AP might leave it in the queue for a day or two while they look up pictures to compare it with. In those cases, they won't reject the picture until/unless they can find a picture proving that the submission doesn't belong on FAC.
More often, though, the AP can get backed up, and some pictures wait in line for an unusually long time before approval. _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA

Thanks SD!
Now, the images were approved.
However, there's another issue.
The main gallery (when viewing the images in thumb view) shows the images, but after clicking on the thumbnail, the next window that's supposed to show the image only shows a RED X. Clicking on the Red X brings up the 'Full View' screen, but I received emails telling me they can't see the pic. It's possible that they did not click on the Red X.
I also used the 'report this as broken' link.
What else can I do to fix the gallery thumbnail?
Thanks! |

Got URL's handy? Wait -- are you referring to the latest four images in your gallery?
Offsite linked images ... those are almost always the ones causing problems <_<
FAC can't auto-resize offsite images very well. (In "Thumbnail View", offsite images are NOT actually thumbnailed, they're loaded directly from off-site and just shown at the small size. That's why they tend to appear all pixelly instead of nice & smooth like other FAC thumbnails).
Ultimately, as much as it saves a little FAC storage space to merely link the image from offsite, we recommend uploading your drawings directly because it's less vulnerable to problems.
If it's still a problem that the drawings don't appear except at full size, you can edit>delete them and resubmit from your computer. _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA
