Flash Mx

I'm just trying to figure out how many ppl use this program, I want to compare some of my work with NEbody elses that draw with Flash MX.

Also, I haven't really drawn as such in FlashMX but I only really draw to animate.

Such as this which I abandoned a while back.

FlashMX broke my brain in the short time I used it. (I mean, look at all the flags and junk in Gray's example! @_@)

Gray, you should have finished that. Or at least show us what you have so far. :3

I used to draw in MSPaint a while back a lot. A whole lot, infact.

I haven't exactly been doing much art lately but I'll see if I can 'match wits' as they say, by drawing something when I get time. It's easy enough to use a few layers, colours and fill styles.

layers and everything even making things transparent is really easy i love Flash, u can't get the kinda work that u could in Photoshop, but i find that one a lil' harder to use, neway Flash is the best thing i found for drawing cartoons and i'm not bad at doing so soooooo if ne1 wants to c ne of my work b4 it actually gets approved just say so and i'll put some in here lol

hey Angel!! i'm glad u found it and u actually liked it!! wat i'm more amazed by is that u actually believed that i drew it!! when i show other ppl my drawings they don't believe me, but u do and that's pretty kewl.. I WISH THEY WOULD HURRY UP WITH APPROVING 3 OF MY OTHER ONES!!!! :'(

Macromedia Flash was origionally intended to be a drawing tool with it's unique 'putty' drawing tools. The animation option was developed over time and, as such, has become a valuable tool in art, webdesign/development and animation - recreational and commercial. It's good to see you've gone back to thier origional drawing intent. It's not at all, that hard to replicate this style of art in Photoshop, you just need the knowledge. Keep at it. And the Approval Queu takes time Wink

Try unchecking View > Snap To Objects 'cause when you're using the pen tool, like you are there, your lines will stick together and that just ain't cool, Jos

uhhhhh dude? do u have ne idea wat ur talking about? pen tool? i never use the pen tool, i draw lines and bend them and that is it, oh yea, then i color them in, there isn't a thing that u are gonna tell me about Flash so if u have ne more comments like that i suggest u keep em to urself to keep from looking foolish...

Dude... I'm only trying to help. If you want some serious advice, your drawings suck. You say you're after quality? ...Those people are either pitying you or giving you too much credit when they say that you didn't draw the pictures. And yeah.. you're using the pencil tool or pen or something. Lines don't stick to each other if you're using the paintbrush tool.

...You draw lines and bend them? ..You need lessons.

u have no clue at all do u? ok, i'm using the pen tool or the pencil tool.. this is not true.. i'm using the line tool.. u know, the one that draws straight lines? that's the one.. but no hard feelins bout that i know ur tryin to help it's all good, but umm go over to the t.v. movie one or w/e and look at the Aqua Teen thread i posted there to c a Frylock i drew, u might like it idk.. yea that snoopy one does suck for sure.. but it wasn't my idea, i found a pic of him and that's how the original artist drew it.. definitely not some of my best work
