They've been called Square-Enix for ages now. And that font is terrible, the Kingdom Hearts logo is nowhere to be seen... an all-round poor effort at making a front cover to be honest.

Not really, but when it gets the company name wrong, fails to state which region it's from and doesn't even include the game logo, it's fairly obvious.

KH2 is going to come out after FF7AC the movie. Which is coming to the U.S September 13.
Which means KH2 is going to come out during Christmas. Which will be very hard to get. But I pre-ordered it so nothing to worry about. I read it from a Japanese gaming magazine.
