hello any one who reads this i just got prisma color markers and they look different from my freinds markers because the fine tip is supposed to look like a pen (or how a fine sharpie pen looks like ) well my markers on the fine point looks like crayloa fine tip markers ( the tip of it) with out the metal part around it and it's not that fine (the tip) ... are they supposed to look like that...

Did you check the package for the shape of the tip before you bought them? There are many different types you can buy.

They just changed the design

(well, like 8 months ago)

I orderd about 12 new prismacolor markers from Curry's, and 3 of them came in a brush-like fine tip and others came in stud-like fine tip, either one is from the same company and is the same product. Prismacolor must have changed it because the stud tip isn't as versatile as the brush ones.

I got a clearance at Curry's, they were selling for 2$ Canadian per marker, which is about 1.60 American, time that by 75, so about 130 bucks.
