Falconry

Just wondering if anyone here does falconry/is interested in it. I've been to a few open air shows and done a day course with a harris hawk and I'm thinking of taking it up. Though before getting a hawk or even entertaining the idea of getting one, I need to go on a course.

For which I need money

Of which I have none. <_<

Still, we can hope i get a part time job soon, lol!

yea ive thought about doing falconry before...but maybe as a 2nd or 3rd job rather than a first...it sounds like fun though Smile

Well, I have tried falconry. I've had about a 4 week training course. It was a lot of fun, you had to learn all the commands and in the end, the final test was this obstacle course like route you had to get your falcon through. It's definitely a lot of fun.

..Falconry is the training and bonding with the falcon bird. Intelligent birds that they are, you can train them to be in shows and competitions. Quite interesting actually.
