this is a free website where kid and teens want to draw and write just because we break a rule doesen't mean who is in caharged should bann us right?

If you have been banned it means you are probably an art theif. Art theives get banned. Not happy about it? Don't steal. There are consequences for your actions and you need to face them. Obviously it isn't going to make you to happy but you know what they say. Can't do the time, don't do the crime. Something like that anyway.

Yes and no, it depends on WHICH rule gets broken.

Spamming, posting multiple topics, rude behavior, etc., generally results in a warning from the mod or admin, and if it keeps up, a short suspension. So if you get a warning about something, DON'T repeat it.

On the other hand, art thievery (that is, posting someone else's work while claiming it as your own) is NOT taken lightly, and soon as the theft is discovered, the thief generally gets banned very quickly, with little to no warning.

Basically, as long as you're not a thief, you have little to worry about. Just make sure that if the admins tell you to do something (or to NOT do something, like post a topic multiple times), that you respect and abide by their wishes.
