Ever Tried Archery?

yeah,I did tried archery a few weeks ago,turns out its not as easy as I thought...really got to have that arm strength to pull the bow and aim.Has anyone else tried it?

I tried it at summer camp when I was about 7 or 8 yrs old. I don't remember if I was any good though. But after I came home from camp, me and a friend of mine made some homemade bow n' arrows. We ended up firing at a kid who was on a bike, my friend missed him by a mile! but I hit him dead on in the shoulder. It cut him and he bled. I wanted my arrow back, because it was a really good arrow and it looked cool, plus it was my only one and it took me forever to make. So when I went to pick up my arrow after hitting the kid, his father came out and grabbed me. I rather not tell the rest of this story, though. Anyway, I guess I would've made a fine archer Smile

oh wow.I had to shoot like 30+ times before I hit the target board...and I was practising in an indoor archery.

I found an olfd dusty longbow in my basement and decided to try it out. I actually thought it was cool. Maybe I'll get a real bow eventually and hunt or something.

I've done it several times. I love archery. I'm a fair shot... not perfect, but I have made a few bullseyes.

I like archer too, it is a sport at my school. I have to use those japanese bows, each comes in diffrent sizes.

We had a bow and some arrows and a big target made out of several huge cardboard boxes... It was good times, until the bowstring broke. :(

I'm okay, but not very good. Better than either of my sisters though.

I've done it before. I'm alright at it, but I don't have enough upper-body strength to pull the bowstring back far enough for the arrow to go very far. ^^;

yeah i've tried it too. like at renaissance festival's and stuff.

believe it or not i'm actually pretty good. i may not be the best at long distance but if you at close range watch out sir...... Wink

Some people are scary when they do archery sometimes they miss very horrible.

It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.
How long did it take my brother to defeat those characters using Yoshi? Two minutes.
