I Can't Add Topic To Many Forums

I just wanted to add topic to some forums like the one to propose our services for request but I didn't succed to.. do I need to do to something before being able to add topic ? <_<

Yeah, there is. Reading the pinned topic in the Sandbox will help you find your answer. Smile

Yes what has already been said by the previous posts above. Check out the Sandbox area. Read the rules, and post in there to get used to the forum and our rules.
