Avatar Problems

:huh: I don't what the heck is wrong with this thing! I tried to put up a file I drew and scanned, but it says I'm not allowed to put up that type of picture when I know it's JPEG!

- FAC [i]forum[/i] profile image
- FAC forum avvie

Can't be the avvie, that one's coming in clear....

Well, for starters, when you save the image, make sure the dropdown list on the "Save As" dialog box matches the file extension you give it. If that's not the case, then I dunno. Some file formats are not always as well-supported as they should be.

By my side, I needed to make 10 post before adding an avatar... I see you have 8, so try again !! maybe the problem is not the format...

Have you even tried figuring out how to do that yourself? It's not that difficult. ...Why are you even asking when you don't even know what it is?

And just for the record, an avatar is a personal picture that appears with all posts you make. It shows up under your name.

I tried to change my avatar and the now avatar i put up looks squished...

the one i have up now is squished too but it looked better then the one i wanted to put up...

ive searched all around my control panel and avatar settings but i cant figure out how to fix it...

ok... Never mind...it worked on like the 20th try ^_^
