(first : I don't know if there is an other topic about them, but juz tell me it if yes..) Yeah I like My chemical romance. All their song or almost are about death, but what I like the most is surely the music. And you ?

Threads came and went for this one, well I only saw one thread for this band. I thought they were ok before but then they got too annoying for me, I'm in my stage of who to keep and who to throw away in my music interest, and most of those bands are indeed cheesy pop bands which you people call punk, or goth rock or whatnot, and I'm keeping the heavy metal and hard rock.

Anyways, Gray yes, I'm sure you danced like a balerina when you saw fallen's picture for you.
I don't like them "you lyke gawta look as dead as possible." Blah blah, in my bra and panties. They're not cool in my taste, but let the cheesy fangirls take their shirts off for them. "The lead singer if liek so hawt!!1!!"

It's fun to have two different opinion for this group ! y'know, I only got their last cd cuz they were not really known in quebec before... I should listen to what they did before !

Unoriginal, tiresome, trend whoring excuse for a band. Like Bon Jovi but with more eye makeup and less purple spandex. Someday something good will come out of Jersey.

They could be far worse, but I don't understand the fascination with these guys at all.

lol i like them they are ok...it's good music to listen to when i am bored and tired. no offence but theiur music can be boring. And you can't hear ANYTHING except the guitars. if you want to hear some real music...check out the 80's glam rock music. And those bands who have like a 3 minute guitar solo Cool

well well i love MCR there songs lyric's are cool. there guitar player's make absolutley awesome music. my favorite song by far are "i'm not OK" and "helena"

those songs rock. there's just something about that music that inspires me to work harder when i'm at work. ah the sounds just fill my brain as we speak. :wub:

I'm not sure 80s hair metal is the best thing to be promoting as musical brilliance. Sure, there's Motley and Gn'R and Skid Row, but just under that is Poison and Slaughter and Def Leppard. And Winger and Dokken and Warrant. And various others. Love them dearly, but they weren't particularly revolutionary.

70s glitter rock and original hard rock, however... Ah, stick with the hair bands. Cheesy, but in such a good way.

I agree with the two who posted above me. I do have to admit that the Helena music video was cool...but the vocals....kinda suck...I don't like the lead singer's voice.
