I tend to dis agree. MSN has alot more to offer. and as you pointed out, most screws up the computer. MSN Also gives you upgrades for it from time to time Adding more things to your msn.

YIM is better. Features are no good if no one uses the program, and most people have YIM and/or AIM. MSN isn't nearly as popular. I quit using it and switched to AIM then YIM. YIM is overall better with games, doodle chat, and voice chat. Plus far better smilies than AIM.

I, too, liked only MSN before. I've tried AIM, but disliked it greatly (it actually gave my computer viruses and crap... o.o). But after I downloaded YIM, it's pretty much all I've used. I keep forgetting about all the people on MSN... o.o

I had used msn for a very long while and swore by it for so long.. then I tried out YIM and I was like OoO oooh.. What have I been missing!!?

It's so much better. AIM is bad. Really bad. YIM is the way to go, people. I reccomend it 100%

I used to use Trillian all the time. But since most of my contacts used MSN, I switched over, since there really isn't a point in having the other ones when none of the people I knew used them. (Except for a few, but we never really speak to each other anyway.)

YIM supports offline messages. MSN does not.

Doesn't anyone use ICQ anymore?

There's the IMVironment for the YIM but you can load your own backgrounds in MSN and avatars as well. I think MSN is easier to use.

.......No.

Simply no. People like to spam these things to see how far they get and people don't realise that Y! would lose so many customers and income from advertising and such that it just wouldn't be worth it. Yahoo is a multi-million dollar organisation and if they did want to be rid of the program, they'd just shut it off with an e-mail. They wouldn't and don't need people's IM logs (which they can't access) to see who's using thier program -_-

People are annoying, making all this crap up.. Hotmail e-mails go around so often.. EVEN THOUGH HOTMAIL HAVE EXPANDED THE ACCOUNT STORAGE SIZE FOR ALL FREE ACOUNTS.. Why would MSN want to close thier free e-mail accounts if they just gave everyone even more space to store spam?

Ignore these messages.. waste of time Smile
