Almost always, I flood my pictures with shades of yellow and red, I like colorful backgrounds and general look of the picture. beside, since I do mostly portraits, I think cool colors looke weird matched up with human skin. (all warm shades) but that's just me.

Greens and purples. Purples in the skin tones and greens in the background. Usually.

Of course, considering I do way more black and white, probably should have went with greys. Oh well.

Eh, I'm not really a big fan of coloring artworks, but when I do color, I mostly use the cool colors (no pun intended). Warm colors are okay with me, but I just prefer the calming effects of the cooler side (again, no pun intended) of the color wheel.

I have always kept a balance in my pictures, not to say that I don't have a picture or two with a warm or cool colors.

.....I like pink better as an accent color....

And that's why I feel bad for putting pink into Raos's shirt when I drew him for you. ^^; Although, it looks nice in my opinion....^^;;;;;;;

It wasn't. I put red in there as well, so it would one, match better, and two, look more manly.

It depends on the mood I'm going for really. Most of the time I'll end up in the purples, blues, and reds, mainly because I find those colors easyest to work with.

But I do love rich, thick, bright colors with lots of contrast. They really help bring a piece to life.

I despise using browns and greys, mainly because they're harder for me to grasp, and because I don't like the mudded-down appearence.... That's why I'm doing an entirely grey, brown and black still life right now in my painting class, to help me learn how to efectivly use those colors. Without using black paint.. ^^

But yeah, definatly cooler colors for me, with splashes of warmpth...

I've always had a fondness for cool colors, so they tend to show up the most often. Not sure why, but I used to hate red. I'm getting out of that now, and really starting to enjoy working with it... Still no big fan of orange though. o_o;

In the end, though, I tend to go for balance. And... yeah. I think my pink colored pencils have only been used once or twice. I hate pink. It just... doesn't go with anything else besides other pastel colors.

My pictures always tend to be painted entirely in one type of color, I hate variety.

It's almost always all yellow, there was green once, but...

EDIT: Look! my longest-surviving Avatar! that says all.
