y'know o.o I'm dumbfounded why almost everyone I know (except for my best friend) is surprised I went through with it.
They all thought I would back out or something.
T_T If I didn't back out on bungee jumping, why would I back out of a tattoo? lol
but yeah, I'll probably get another one T_T Not for a while, but I can see it happening.. lol
lol ever since i got my tattoo i've been telling myself.. i'm gettin another one..... no 2 years later still nothing :P
i find all tatooes quite tasteless, especially really large ones huh.gif tiny black ones on ur hip or on the lower back r nice though happy.gif
And I find your taste quite tasteless. ^_^ Tiny ones are for pussies. Gonna do it, do it right.
Yours looks great Raymei. Especially considering you didn't bleed, it's nice n' black instead of the dark red a lot of them look like for awhile. Really pretty.
And speaking of money, how much was it? At the rate I'm going, it'll be awhile before I can get mine done. I may end up getting a small one (as much as I don't care for them) just so I don't have to wait so long to get something. Perhaps figure out just a small part of the final piece I want. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

What kind of tat do you think you'll get, fallen? If money is like something you're worrying about, a friend of mine got a tattoo on her lower back for like I think it was $100. It was a celtic symbol and it looked great by itself but every year she's going to add onto it until it covers her whole back. Maybe you can try something like that. Start off small work your way up to something really elaborate. _________________ Vaccum cleaners may look fun, but are deadly sex toys. as are certain vegetables like, terri schiavo -Powtaz |

Yeah, that's what I'm planning. I'll never have all the money at once to do what I want (a full back piece eventually), but I also want it to be like one big design. Not like most sleeves are made up of several individual pictures, I'm planning on one big design that is full back. Kinda like Tommy Lee or Dj Ashba's, only definitely not tribal wings or a neon blue skeleton.
Very torn. I also don't want it to look crappy and unfinished for too long, just an outline or whatever. So I may come up with a way to do what your friend did, with smaller parts I can get done until I have the money at a later time to get the bigger ones. Stupid expensive ink. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Mine was $60, Fallen (tax included)
We went to a couple different places first (check out their sterlization proceedures, prices, and general attitude).
One place (dinky little place with really rude artists) quoted the tattoo at $120 @.@;; and that was a smaller version of what I ended up getting.
The place we found had a great autmosphere, clean and safe rooms, and they were really cheap XD |

Very nice. Great price, too.
I do know where I'll get it done, though. Sunset Strip Tattoo, which doesn't help the price any. Small ones run about $50 there, but it'll be worth it to have so much history attached to having it done, and not just the tat itself. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. [pardon the double post, blah blah blah]
Ok, as much as I'm not that fond of tribals, this is sorta like what I'm gonna do. Only not tribal. And not wings. And not the same design Tommy Lee has on his back.
But the same idea, one design, full back.
It was a pain in the ass to get that stupid little black and white picture of freakishly thin Tommy to work on this. But close enough.
