Meh. I would've gone if I weren't in Japan for the summer. I've only ever been to Anime Boston and I'd love to be able to attend some other cons someday. Maybe next year.

Put up pictures. I love seeing con photos. Did you cosplay? *_*

I actually didn't end up going after all :(

Money issues, I had school tuition and car insurance to pay amung other things. Had to cut the one thing out that wasn't necissarry sadly enough.

But next year I hopefully will be going!

Me and a friend are going to try and get an artist alley table together (hopefully with a few more people as well if our plan to recruit other local artists to form a doujinshi circle pans out)

And I'd love to see your pics! Any good cosplay ones?

I didn't cosplay this time. It was my first con and I honestly didn't know what to expect there. I also realized that my dad sucks with a camera, so I don't have all the pics I want. But there are some good ones in there. Once it gets all done I'll post the pics up.

The best part had to be the Fan Parody movies last night....nothing better then using Naruto for a mentos commercial..... Laughing

That must have sucked for you. It almost seems cruel. Went all that way (I'm assuming you traveled...) and they didn't let you in Sad

And oh well, it was a nice thought . . . .

Meh, I can't go. Sad I'm all the way over in CA and my mom and I don't have the money nor the time to go.

There's a possibility I'm going to ComicCon in Southern CA this upcoming year. ^^

Eh, off topic. oo;

I was even smart enough to go on thursday night. It only took 45 minutes to go 3/4 of the way around the building in a REALLY long line to get our ID card things and schedules. So on Friday morning it was pretty easy to just walk right in with my ID card around my neck while a huge line wrapping all the way around the building was waiting to finish registration. I heard it was more 22,000 rather than 25,000. Hahaha that's great....capped it at 20,000....but then 2,000 more get in anyway. w00t!
What were anyone who was there's favorite part of Otakon? Mine was probably the fan parodies on saturday night.

My favorite part was banging my head against the glass wall between me and 20,000 anime fans repeating "I should f**king be in there" over and over again <_<

I guess if I ever plan on going to Otakon, I'm going to have to prereg waaaay in advance. Requires more planning skills than I have. Sigh.

aw you were lucky i soooo wanted to see that but i was so tired of working down in the dealers room. i think watching the hentai tenticals was funniest thing i saw.....even if i was kicked out at the last moment it was better then the rave, man i hated when they brought that line through the circel where they were doing the kung fu and breakdancing stuff.
