Your Greatest Fears

What are your greatest fears? Im not talking about, like, little bitty phobias, I mean...'hardcore frikkin' wanna pee in your pants when you think of it' fear.

My greatest fear is that while i'm minding my own buisness, just chillin, or running an errand or at school or anyplace, a random person will unexpectedly come in with guns and kill me and everyone else.

I know it sounds a little immature, but i swear, i just wanna throw up when i think of that happening.

(I have the movie Elephant to blame for this fear. How pleasant.)

Airplanes.. heights... childish, I know, but I get a thought of an airplane crashing, and I can't do anything but crash with it cause I'm not on the ground.. I have no control over anything, and falling from a plane is not an option for me.

I'm afraid of:

-Crowds (if I'm in a store in the mall and there's too many people, I can have a panic attack. It's happenened.)
-Thunderstorms (I used to live in a trailer and usually with a thunderstorm comes high winds, so we'd have to drive to my aunt's house in the middle of the night during storms)
-Dying. I don't want to die. I am deathly afraid of death. I was just watching Law and Order one day and I just started thinking about myself dying. What if no one remembers me? What if no one cares? What if there's nothing after death? I can't go further, I'm starting to breathe all heavy now. Don't want another panic attack Smile

-Losing loved ones. I always think people close to me are going to die and it makes me paranoid. If not, I'm always worried about making them hate me :/
-Not being the best. I hate not being the best at anything. When I'm not, I get really, really down on myself. I'm an insane perfectionist.
-Being alone. I'm always afraid that all of my friends will leave me and that I'll die alone.
-Crossing the street. I saw one of my friends get hit by a car a little over two years ago and ever since then, I've been afraid of crossing the street. I still get upset when I see the spot she was hit.
-Mass murders Wink

Like Fae, I always think soneone is going to bust into a store or school and shoot up the place.
-Intruders. I'm always afraid someone is going to break into my house. My house was broken into twice when I was younger and I've had really bad nightmares about it before.
-My house catching on fire. That's mostly due to a constant nightmare I had when I was five :)

I'm sure I'm afraid of more, but that's all I can think of for now. I'm such a scaredy cat.

Effects of betrayal. Things so strong hitting in a weak spot can really break a person. Don't know what to expect to happen after that. Like, what i would do if someone i really cared for just upped and betrayed me one day. And then, there is the case when that person doesn't even care how you feel. I don't know what could happen.

Anyway.. ya I don't like heights. At all. Ever. Nope. Though airplanes are okay.

....but.. also.. wasps. Bees are okay when they're just there but wasps go for the kill.. I was stung alot by wasps as a kid.. I used to think they were cool or something 'cause of the colours then one day one stung me right on the middle of the forehead and another at the same time on the top of my head under my hair.. it just s**t me up for life :(

Hate them now. Can't stand em... make me almost sick.

I can just barely use DOS... Only know how to navigate and execute files. That's all. :o

I don't have any specific, really huge fears... Not even little ones, either. o_O;

Again.. Heights.

When i was little i almost fell from a helecopter over the apalachian mountains. Wasn't fun at all. Hated any height ever since.

DOS is not scaring at all... ; that blue screen scares me more...

anyways, i join up in the death fear, imagine this, there is nothing, you can hear nothing, nor see, nor think, nor anithing, like when you are awake in a silent, dark night, but worse, because you will never do anithing ever... *sigh*

thinking in that have the side effect of me wanting to do many things the next day... xD

My greatest fears? Hm...The thought of being alone in the darkness frightens me. I've had nightmares about it. Also, I get freaked out when I see bumble bees. I haven't ever been stung by one.

They scare the hell out of me because I would have no chance if one were to go insane or something and try to kill me. At least with a dog I would have a fighting chance. Sad

One of my biggest fears is just doing something to make my friends hate me. I did last year and I still haven't forgiven myself for it even though my friend already seems to have.

Meeting new people is also something that gets me uneasy. Its like I'll starting thinking "Oh God, I'm stuttering" or "s**t, I don't know what to say" and the ever popular "This person doesn't even like me so why I am I even bothering?" I constantly judge myself while I'm talking to others and it really screws me over in the friendship dept. Its like an insecurity thing I guess.

Spiders freak me out too but not as much as they used to when I was kid. When I was ten, you couldn't even get me near one of those cheesy fake black spiders they sell in Wal Mart at Halloween. Now I just don't like the super hairy and super big ones. I can even kill a small spider if I had to. But the big ones still make me shriek.

Oh I can't believe I almost forgot this but roller coasters are probably my worst fear. Something about the speed and the feeling of going down at a really high pace just freaks me out. I tried to get over this fear durring the summer and go on Rock N' Roller Coaster at Disney but instead I got a panic attack as soon as the ride started. It scares me to think about it because I don't remember much of what happened. Only what my dad told me and he said that I was so desperate to get out of the ride that I was ready to jump out right as the ride was beginning to start. I almost died that day I guess. Sad

And it was because of my own stupid fear.

Damn this thread is depressing. Sad
