This Updated Yim

Okay, so when I logged onto YIM I got this message saying that I should update my YIM so I thought "Cool, a better YIM. What can happen?"

So I download it and its pretty cool at first like offering to like add people I had in my mail list that also had YIM so I added some offline friends 'n such.

But then I actually like message someone and I notice that I'm missing a crapload of features that I used to have like the ablility to send files, photos, and even my favorite feature, voice chat. Surprised

So is there anyway I can like downgrade to my old version? Or like get voice chat on this version too?

It's probably best to wait for everyone to upgrade.. which they should.. upgrades have anti-viruses, bug fixes, extra features, extra crap like that.

I urge everyone to get the new YIM Wink

I bet they are taking out a bunch of features in preporation to start charging for them or something

You really think they'd charge?

MSN aren't.. AIM aren't.. Google aren't....

They'd surely lose alot of customers if they did that.

Just encourage all the people on your list to upgrade. Only takes a minute, and then all the features should work like sending files.

I know what you mean I just downlodes 2 Media Players last night, 8 and 9 are exactly the same with some glitches hammered out. But 10, I think 10 is combined with MSN, No prob for me though I've got hotmail. its just Media Play has the opposite, Its got a wholl mess of features that I can't use without an anilog Vidioin Divice

oh the computer has a reset switch you can changePrograms that have been deletid into programs that are active Its called

Start; Helpand Suport; search for Restore: click on the last thhing on the list, System restor wisard

I think this is the wright one
