I just figured I'd start this to meet new people, so......... My favorite band is Rage Against the Machine, but my favorite songs are "The Man Who Sold the World" and "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana, as well as "Can't Stop" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and "Circles" by Incubus. _________________ Not all who wander are lost.

That was a good cover. Did Bowie some justice for once.

Oooo... I love so many songs that it's hard to choose. As for bands:
The Who
AC/DC
Styx
Led Zeppelin
Guns n' Roses
Queen
and a lot more that I'm too lazy to name right now. _________________ |

My favorite song by Guns n' Roses is "Paradise City". AC/DC is classic. "Back in Black" is an awesome song and Pete Townshend with the Who is one of the coolest guitarists who ever smashed a Telecaster. _________________ Not all who wander are lost.

My fave song depends depends on my mood. And my mood depends on what I'm listening to. Therefore, what i'm listening to is my favourite song. Which isn't really true. Illogical logic... |

Makes sense to me. Hell, I could be listening to, say, Marilyn Manson(freak of nature, music sucks) and begin to become interested in "Rock is Dead"(Ozzy contradicts with "Rock Can't Be Killed") until, maybe, Deftones come on with "My Own Summer(Shove It). Also, that's one of my favorite songs 'cause the bass is kick-ass! _________________ Not all who wander are lost.

Oh, and "Throw Away Your Television" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers is also a cool song, along with "The Righteous The Wicked". _________________ Not all who wander are lost.

May as well trash this forum. Bad songs are better topics, cause there's always an argument. _________________ Not all who wander are lost.

Hoobastank is overrated. they're good and all, but they don't make me feel anything. i like music that i get a reaction from. that makes me feel good, angry, brings me to a higher plan of existance, whatever. i don't feel anything when i listen to hoobastank.
my fav nirvana song is "Rape Me". i just love the lyrics to that song.
linkin park's "KRWLNG" from their reanimation album is great.
"the Sounder" by Gorillaz is an awesom song
and, of course, "Under the Bridge" by Red Hot Chili Peppers _________________

gah you have "circles" and "nice to know you" but you don't have any of their older stuff? man morning view is a good album, but it's wimpy compared to their older make yourself and SCIENCE albums. never heard "privilege" or "nebula" or "a "certain shade of green" or even "take me to your leader"? rockin' songs. o but personally "blood on the ground" is my favourite from morningview. and of course "circles" is great _________________ i fought the war, but the war won |

o dear you really really must get them. especially SCIENCE and make yourself. enjoy incubus and fungus amongus are good too, but the other two are like required listening. new stuff sucks tho. their older stuff is much more rockin' and some of it is just weird (but in a good way). and they make good use of their djs, with cool mixing effects in some songs. i think you'll like them. sorry, i'm a pretty big incubus fan- not trying to impose on your music or anything. _________________ i fought the war, but the war won |

lol um ok. i'm here to escape studying for my chemistry test.
but yea... incubus rocks. do you have the newest album? a crow left of the murder, i mean. i don't really like it. some of the songs are ok, but a lot of them sound the same. and compared to their older stuff, it's just sad.
if you go here, you can get some free mp3s and watch some videos (go to the main menu on the left). hmm most mp3s are from the new album, but "nowhere fast" is a great song from make yourself. and i think they have all their videos- "take me to your leader" is from enjoy incubus, "summer romance" and "a certain shade of green" are from SCIENCE, and they have a bunch from make yourself. check 'em out if you want... _________________ i fought the war, but the war won |
