[FONT=Geneva][SIZE=7][COLOR=red] whenever i try to post fan art it says i dont have permision. (and other crap) I sent them like 100 e-mail. (a minute) but they dont send back. PLEASE HELP ME

If you mean does you post count go up when you submit art to the main site then no.
However, if you mean submitting a link to your gallery somewhere like Show and Tell or the Critique forum then yes I think your post count does come up.

The post count is just for the forums and isn't affected byt the main site

If it isn't one of those then I have no clue, sorry.
