Why just his front left leg?? :huh: The only reason I can think of is that the triforce is on his left hand.

They probably didn't need to. I mean, what would Link break that shackle with, his teeth? (He certainly is shown trying)

I guess your right. But with Nintendo you never know what they will do next. (Like the Revolution controler, looks really cool if yo ask me. n_n)

Curent issue of Nintendo Power magazine (cover: "The XD Factor") has an interview with one of the Zelda developers in it. Talking (in general terms of course) about how designing the game requires some new thinking on their part... for example camera movement, when Link is a wolf on all fours, you can't use a traditional "over-the-shoulder" perspective like you can with a human character... while I'm sure a lot of fangirls might love to be staring at Link's rear haunches all day, that's not a very good (photogenic) angle to view a wolf from...

It's like, ever realize that in the Zelda games, when you're moving around the camera will generally chase you from behind (as any decent platformer camera should), but when you Lock On to an opponent, the camera will always shift sideways for an angle view?

The exact date has yet to be determined, but Nintendo has already announced it will be after the end of their current fiscal year (which ends about March 2006).

Bwahaha! Yes I have a demo disk! The game is awesome. You can change into a wolf!! And then there are all these new moves and the graphics are a lot better. Can't wait till the real game comes out. The demo disk only has about an 2 hours worth of the whole game Sad

Still rocks though

That's sort of common knowledge ever since the E3 trailer.

What parts of the game are playable in the demo disk?

The E3 interactive demo had four:
- Link in the ranch town (character interaction, minigames, etc.)
- Combat on horseback
- Forest Temple dungeon
- Forest Temple boss

Too bad E3 is a trade show, not open to the general public. (If it were, I could easily imagine ten-hour lines and "camping" not unlike what you saw with the release of each new Star Wars movie)

Oh yeah. Surprisingly, people really do stay there for hours on end. I always thought that was only in movies. :/ Anyways, the demo has a dungeon where you get captured, change into a wolf, and meet a weird dude that rides on you. Confused

And then there's also a horseback battling scene, and the forest temple. That's about it. Oh yeah, an some cutscenes from the beginning of the game.

snap! I was reading my game informer magazine and it says that the game got pushed back to March31 2006 because they want to add more levels and stuff...

for USA anyway... it said metroid hunters was getting pushed back too. man... so i have to wait for march... o well . . . .

I love the graphics!!! they keep sending me more screen shots in the magazine. it looks awesome!!!
