My latest WIP, it's for my highschool newspaper, my school, (CHCI) is selling green bracelets that says "together as one" for a buck and everybody is buying it, so... I'm gonna attempt making fun out of it. _________________ "Sarah's future makes me sad." - Benk |

Don't tell me I'm the last survivor of the WIP clan ;_;
or am I posting to much?
This is for Rita's "Art of" contest and I probably can stretch it to make it into a banner for CstDenis' banner contest.
PS. That guy seriously looks like Naruto. _________________ "Sarah's future makes me sad." - Benk |

I think her face could use some work, but then it is a work in progress.
A maiden in a pretty blue dress right?

That's what I was thinking, too.
Looking forward to seeing your colored masked ball entry! That War Game pic is going to be awesome, too. _________________ |

@ Amy, I know that people will pay you hundreds of dollars so they can use your picture as a promotional poster for their "Tempest" production.
anyway, my latest WIP
I got the perspective screwd up... it looked better with the lower half of the paper close to me... screw it.. _________________ "Sarah's future makes me sad." - Benk |

*Note, double posting after few hours is OK
anyway, you know how all my pictures had this gloomy, muted, dark colors look? It had to do with the medium itself (gouache) so I tried to break the habit and use bright colors.
now the boys are ghey.
this is a gouache underpainting of course, will be refined with pastels later , just like the step-by-step picture I showed you a page back. _________________ "Sarah's future makes me sad." - Benk |

I'm working on a pair of angels. I would attach them, but I don't have decent lineart for them yet. Nor do they have names. Ones a boy who likes to spy on the nude beach (why he got to be an angel, I don't know), and the other is a girl who is painfully shy and likes cloudwatching.
They're complete oppisites, starting with fire, brother, extrovert (boy), and water, sister, introvert (girl).
Can you think of good names for them? |

Thank you! Normally I would let people use my ideas, but I was just so happy with this water/dress theme that I was thinking about using it again myself later on, either in vector art or pixel art. _________________ |

Halloween is the best, yo.
A bat cookie for anyone who knows who it is. I haven't ghouled him up much more than he is normally. If a ghoul had dreds, piercings, and no eyebrows...he would be it.
Should be enough hints if anyone knows of the person.

Maybe this year I'll actually finish my halloween themed painting. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |
