When I go to the "General Roleplaying" and try to post a page comes up and says,

'This menu has been disabled

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

Sorry, you do not have permission to start a topic in this forum'

Why don't I have permission, and how can I get Permission?
Someone please help! I really like to RP and I think I can get into the 'Advanced RP' But I want this to be sorted out first, it's driving me nuts Banghead
