Lets just be honest with ourselves. We all have our closet bands or artists that we listen to but we'll never admit to listening to them in pubic. Until now. :)
Come on, there's no shame in admitting what your guilty pleasures of music are. Maybe you're like a metalhead but absolutely love listening to the Backstreet Boys when you're feeling down 'n out. Or maybe you're a cliche good girl but secretly love shock rock bands like Marylin Manson or Slipknot.
So whats your guitly pleasure? I'll be upfront with you and just admit mine right now.
I'm a Bon Jovi fanatic. No denying that. Whenever I'm in the mood to listen to a nice ballad, I'll grab my Crossroads album and just play it over and over again until I'm sick of it.
Its been over two weeks and I'm still not sick of it. That and I'm starting to really think that Jon Bon Jovi is looking pretty damn good right now. _________________ Vaccum cleaners may look fun, but are deadly sex toys. as are certain vegetables like, terri schiavo -Powtaz |

I really should disown you for that.
It's hard for me to think of things 'cause what are most people's guilty pleasures are my proud favorites.
Britny Fox - Doesn't get much more lame.
I like some old Matchbox 20 songs. Hate the band and Rob Thomas, but a couple of their songs are ok.
A lot of old 80s pop. Some Prince songs n' whatnot. Can't tell me Darlin' Nikki ain't cool.
Tigertailz are pretty cheesy, but I wouldn't deny liking them...
Peppermint Creeps are pretty dreadful in every way, shape, and form.
Not so much a musical thing, but I really like Wednesday 13 as a person (from Murderdolls...like a name like that is easy to forget). _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Says the girl who likes Dokken as well which is just as bad as Bon Jovi. Didn't Dokken's frontman pose fully clothed in Playgirl? Yeah, uh huh..I think we know who's like less cool. If anything, I should probably disown you for that and Tigertailz.
But yeah, this place isn't for teasing. Just for admitting so I guess I'll come out with one more.
I still like most Disney songs like that Little Mermaid song or anything from The Lion King. Even as old as I am now, I'm still saving up to buy a soundtrack from one of the Lion King movies.

But Dokken is admittedly stupid by everyone. Bon Jovi are still worshipped as gods from New Jersey. Shows how lacking New Jersey is in...everything. N' I ain't guilty about Dokken one bit. George Lynch is not human.
Tigertailz have a shitty name and ghey image, but their music was tops. Way above Britny Fox. Which I'm still not even sure why I like BF. Damn "Girl School"...
Hm. So hard to come up with guilty ones 'cause I pretty much proudly display everything I like, crappy or not. Let's see...
Oh, Cyndi Lauper. Not particularly ashamed of that one, but she's pop as it gets.
EDIT: Guitars in Tigertailz are crazy  _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Hmmm...
ABBA
Shania Twain
Aqua
Madonna
Cher
Spice Girls
B*witched
and some '90s pop that holds sentimental meaning to me. That's about it. There are some songs here and there, but I've listed all I can remmeber right now. _________________ |

I'm not a closet fan about anything. I like whatever music I listen to. If I'm in an emo mood, it will sometimes call for emo music. If I'm in a happy mood, it calls for happy music. If I just feel like listening to music, that's everything else. |

I would still listen to eminem, because, he's not as annoying as every retarded rapper in the world, he swears too much, but other than that, cool.
There are times when I feel like I want to listen to Enya.
I listen to some songs that are goth rock or something, I can't remember, they're just on the CD Zakuman gave me.
Yeah that's pretty much it, eat me. _________________ Wyat Fucking Earp! |

Hehe.... ah yeah, I listen to too many things that could be considered guilty pleasures. Or they may be bands that just aren't for everyone. I love Dead can Dance, mm... and I have 6 cds by Over Kill. I also have a fair amount of international cds, ranging from jpop to indian dance beats. I like a lot of Techno. I'm becoming a whole lot more found of 80's music (thank you VH-1 classic). And I really liked composed music, mainly movie scores. I have classical stuff, but that's kinda tough for me to get into.
Mmm... but I guess I won't get grilled about it, cause most the stuff I listen to isn't played on the common radio stations. Not many people here could give me grief for listening to Over Kill. |
