Ha, if I could go, I'd get to know him real well... kidding, kidding.
I'm so sad. And it's not till June. I have a long time to feel sorry for myself. I couldn't see David Lee Roth right here last June because of the friggin' 21+ venue. I have bad luck. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Ah! Fallen, if i could, if i lived closer to you, hell, i'd drive both our asses up to seattle to see his hot s**t. I mean come on, he's like, on of the only british men i think should be allowed the title of "yeah, he's hot" lol, i don't care if he's old enough to be my dad, he's not bad. |

Well, I have a few months to work on the folks. My mother wasn't too horribly negative when I mentioned it, so maybe there's a chance. I really don't want to go alone, so I'm hoping I can get a yes or no soon and give Genevieve the money, so we can get seats next to each other. Hope hope hope...
edit: and you can't forget Billy in that collection of Brits... and young Ozzy...and...ok, I'll stop. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Mmm young Ozzy. He was cute.
No Billy, but Billy is more the glam guy I love so much. Ozzy's the rough, Birmingham metal dude...which I still love. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Nah, I haven't. Hey, more time to work on the folks... Get well soon, Dave.
Jeez, seems like all the tours are being postponed lately (especially Ozzy's...which is a whole other issue I have with MTV I won't get into on this forum also ) _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

I've been to Birmingham, england. It's very dull and not welcoming very much. Then again, i think that's just england in a whole really <_<
Did you hear about the accident Fallen? Ozzy broke a colar bone and all this s**t last week on one of his atvs jack as at they're house in england. He crashed it right into a tree. Poor ozzy. |

Yeah, I did. Broken collarbone, 6 ribs, collarbone resting on a major artery, near death accident. Worse than that was MTV's press release, with a whole paragraph dedicated to "we don't know at this time how the accident will affect filming, or if any footage of the accident will be shown." Fucking bastards. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Yeah, that's all they can think about is they're damn ratings they get in from that show and even more, the money they bring in for MTV. I will admit to watching the show, it's ozzy osbourne, but that was just fucked up about the filming of the show and s**t. idiots.

Oh of course, I watch the show and have it on DVD, too. I don't mind the show...it's MTV I have issues with. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

I concur. MTV is the devil. It should be smote down by angry villagers with torches and long-barrelled hand guns. (wee..can't spell)

It's been crap since they fired the original staff and hired these young, "hip", get-rich-quick-cause-I'm-on-TV kids. Anyone remember Riki Rachtman from Headbanger's Ball? Oh yeah. Now look at the VJs. Pathetic. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

i just wish they'd change the name. Music Television doesn't show many music videos (i hate reality tv- tho i'll admit the osbournes are funny). or at least change it to something like "RapMTV" or "PopMTV" or "CrapMTV" b/c then it'd be more relevant. ewwwww vj's....
hmmm shouldn't those villagers be carrying pitchforks, too? (hahaha has anyone ever seen men in tights? at the beginning the village is being burnt down by flaming arrows, and then the villagers are like "o no not again! everytime they make a new movie they always burn down our village. why can't they burn their own damn town? LEAVE US ALONE MEL BROOKS!" ...it's funny. heh heh )

MTV is the standard channel, and you can pay for MTV2, which it's even more sad that they had to make a NEW CHANNEL in order to play any music. I don't even blame the VJs for anything besides being losers. I know from Riki that he never picked a single video, and anytime he answered a kid's letter agreeing that "_____ sucks", MTV would jump his ass. And Iann doesn't pick what news to report. BUT, Riki was/is one cool motherfucker, and today's VJs are just lame with ridiculously fake personalities.
VH1 Classic rocks, though. Oh yes it does. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Gah, I forgot his name, too, but I know who you mean. No one can top Riki, though. He was in the November Rain video, sitting at the main table in the wedding reception scene, so he's automatically the coolest (and if I thought just a little bit harder I could tell you how many seats to Axl's left he is ). His musical tastes remind me of yours. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |
