Eww Final Fantasy was nothing but Love Story sit on it and rotate!
Final Fantasy 7 was more of a love triangle along with 6 slightly.
Anyhow I would have to say...
Zidane and Dagger FF9
Beatrix and Steiner! FF9
Claude and Rena Star Ocean 2
Morrigan and Demetri, Dark Stalkers
Mario and Peach... Mario games Derh!
Ryo and Nina Breath of Fire series
Maia and Katsuya/ Tatsuya Persona2 I'm more of a Katsuya fan.

I'm pretty sure that in Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones you can decide the couples because if you make two people spend a lot of time together at the end you can get double endings where they live together, get married, become great friends, etc.
ie: *spoiler*
