I would try and tell you what they sound like, but i can't. I've been listening to nothing but DM the past month and all the songs seem different one way or another to me. You should download a few sometime if you can.

Personal Jesus
John the Revelator
Enjoy the Silence
Damaged People
Waiting for the Night
Wait, I thought Personal Jesus was originally by Johnny Cash.
Well, yeah. But Depeche Mode redid it years ago (late 80's or early 90's?) Cash was of course the original ass kicker for the song but Depeche mode did a damn good job. Then Manson went and ripped one off on it.

But i was making a point in that you've had to heard DM's personal jesus on the radio. Right? I'd be frightened if you hadn't.

Nope. Never listen to the radio. Or watch MTV. I am completely ignorant of what is cool/popular and couldn't be happier. ^_^

I don't watch mtv. And Depeche mode is never played during the popular radio shows that are huge, but or less during the times of day not many people are able to listen.

Depeche mode isn't "popular" like MCR and s**t like that <_< They're talented, therefore they can't be Smile

Whoops, I was wrong; Johnny Cash covered Depeche Mode, not the other way around. I asked my design professor, Jeff, about it. He literally owns everything Depeche Mode ever released. Every song, every remix of that song, all the samples, B-sides, everything. Go to there website and look at the song section and you will realize just what a feat that is. Anyways, asked him about it and he said they were the first ones to make that song, and everyone else has just been doing covers of it. So yeah, I got schooled. Cool

Same time as his cover of Hurt, so it was a bit overshadowed.
