go to MSpaint and go through the skew/stretch option or consult whatever photo manip program you might have. the limit is 800 pixel by 600. the file size should be around 100-150 kb.

I did that...and it keeps saying Please Enter an Integer between 1 and 500... :huh:

Okay, the image is at 100% by default. What you want to do is change both percentages to something like 50 or 75.
Changing it to more than 100 will just make the pic larger.
