Not Getting E-mails About Comments...

I haven't been able to get e-mails about comments lately, I've been on this site for years and I have always been able to get e-mails about comments from it. But recently none have come in, I know I've been getting comments because I've looked at a few of my newer pictures. However, I can't be looking through about 300 pictures daily to see if anyone said anything. I have the "send e-mails about comments" box checked and have the correct e-mail too, but it still hasen't worked. Banghead

Please Help!

You are meant to get emails about comments ? I didn't know that , I haven't once had a comment about that , it may have changed a while ago because i've never had one. I personally don't think you need to get an email about it .

Yea, you can check a box and can get them. I need e-mails for coments, just check the size of my gallery : http://www.fanart-central.net/user-Blade.php

lol, I can't go through that many pictures to find new comments... ^_^

Oh , I didn't realise that we had that . ^^ Though you might want to wait for an older member or mod to come and give a proper reason as to why you havent got any .

Might just be a slight problem with their account of something , or did you untick the box at some point ? Or is it just that you have had no comments ? Wink

I've had comments, and the box is still checked.. strange.
I'm using keromail.. maybe the mail server has something to do with it.

I sometimes get some, and other times I don't. I've been wondering about that too. I'll get like one from a certain topic, but I usually won't get any more from others who post after that in the same topic. I hope that made sense. I usually get most for my comments though. I might have had one or two not emailed to me but I think that has been fine.

Yea, that's not really the problem though. It makes sense though.

Maybe I should change my e-mail, yet that seems a bit drawtic just for one site...

i know what your problem is ^_^ this happened to me a bit ago

right sometime email go to the junk email file in your email inbox

when it happened to me i check the junk email file and i had about 6 emails

if this has happened to you, you need to check it asap because if a email is in there for 5 days it will be erased

if keromail is like my msn then there should be a link saying 'junk email' somewhere in your inbox. if so click it and move all your emails from there to your inbox.

No, that's not the problem.. sadly
I've already checked the mail filters and I don't have anything blocked.

Hmm.. I'm not really a mod, but I had the same problem as you. I used outlook express with comcast, and the e-mails just stopped coming, no matter how many times I unchecked and checked the box.

I made a whole new msn account just for FAC, and now it seems to be working. I get the mails. So, for me, it was just my e-mail. Is yours anything like that?
