Dragon Ball Z I saw it in spanish like eight years ago. Then sailor moon, followed by many others but Dragon Ball Z was like the only anime I actually sat and waited for every episode each day and week! It's still the bomb if you think about it. Razz

Sailor Moon. o_o I remeber watching it before going to kindergarten at my babysitter's house. I also got way into DBZ for a few years. I used to watch that after getting home from school with my bro.

Mine was (surprise, surprise) Sailor Moon. I was obsessed with it before I even knew that the word "anime" existed.
Sailor Mars was my idol back then. :wub:

I had a dream....that someday, newbies to anime will be introduced to anime....by good anime...and not sailor moon and dbz like most are WTF?

They're okay for kids but they're too perdictable and simple minded. The same mindless ass kicking and girl power with ribbons and cute costumes...meh.

I always liked anime (5 years to be exact) but I really love Fullmetal Alchemist. . . . .

I'm a little pathetic though when they began showing new episodes of it on T.V. I almost cryed from happiness.... It's a great anime anyways. But what really dissapoints me is it's half assed video games, they're to short, the monsters aren't original, and it just sucks over all, but I do like the anime a lot!

yeah I know...I was like obsest with it, I never knew about anime till I was 11!! How pathetic I know lol thats probably because they didnt show anime in Russia at the time ^_^ But here in Australia I'm shocked...so many people watch it! wow strange...

I don't think anyone has to be ashamed that they watched pokemon when it first came out, maybe a little but it was very poular at the time, sigh.... Pokemon is a disgrace to all anime!!! and Yu-Gi-Oh!!! Former Pkemon fans you have nothing to be ashamed of!

Pokemon, nor Yuugiou, is [b]not[/b] a disgrace to anime. You can't [i]have[/i] a disgraceful anime. What's a graceful anime? "Grace" is something that should only be applied to people.

Not only that, but how can you be ashamed for watching this anime? How can you be ashamed for watching something you like?

I watched Pokemon because I liked it.

Did you watch it because it was "popular"? And do you now dislike it because it's now "popular" to dislike it; to be ashamed of ever watching it?
