I'm having a problem There are too many books i want to read, way too many, like 18 that are the LoTR main series (3 books duh), Silmarillion, Unfinished Tales, The histories of middle earth series (5 books), Harry potter 6, Narnia series (7 books although small) plus some books that my brother wants me to read, he says that it will help me through life..... whatever... has this ever happened to you? what would you do if you had to read so much!?

Well, it's not like you can read them all at once - you'd have to read the LotR and Narnia books in order, at least. I'm the kind of person who's happiest when reading two or three books at the same time, but I haven't had time to do something like that in ages. Winter break is coming up though... ^^

Nothing will happen if you don't get started. Just pick a few books out and jump right in!

I have books that I want to read, but, like Rindi, I prefer going for two or three at a time. Right now I've been trying to finish a couple from the library, but I haven't had the time to read them. And they're already overdue, too. ._.;; I figure I'll just keep them over Winter break and return them when classes start again. :x

Well, I can read a book a day but I prefer to read several at a time, that way if it's a really good book I can space it out over a longer period. I read Half-Blood Prince in like 4 hours all at once and now I'm upset with myself because I won't have any more HP to read for anoher year. Sad

TarlRawks... ...please, a bit of proper spelling? I-I don't know if that's seriously how you write or not.... O_O

Uhm, lesse... there are plenty of books I want to read, but the problem for me is mostly finding them/begging my parents to take me to Borders. There are so many good books I see...
HP got boring for me. . . . .; I usually don't read series, as that's a big part of the problem of finding all the books. Just one-time stories are fine for me. Very Happy

I once was in the middle of the Bartemaeus trlogy then I made a list to read: Eragon, Eldest, New Darren Shan, Eat shoots and leaves, Harry potter series (6), original darren shan series (12) and then I kinda had a big urge to read just harry potters 5 + 6 and so I did. Then the whole list was messed up.
