I spent New Years alone, just like I spend every night alone. (Ooh, JoouAngst! A rare sight. I suggest taking pictures). Dad went over to the main house to help my stepmom with some stuff, and decided to stay for the night, like usual. So I'm alone at the apartment. Whoo.
Luckily, he left me some shrimp and cocktail sauce, plus a cherry pie and some ice cream to keep me company.
Why do I get the feeling that this is some creepy foretelling of what my future as an adult is going to be like? Except with bills? _________________ FAC |

Me an a bunch of my mormon friends went out to the desert to watch the worlds largest firework show that went on in vegas.
Then we continued our own little party in are weird mormon was by trying to creat the largest crater with home made bombs. We've been doing it for the past 5 years.
I won last year with a crater of 68' in widthan 29' deep, but unfortunatly this year i came in 3rd. the winning crater was about 82' wide an 35' deep, mine was only 76' by 24'. most of us use potasium nitrate bombs but Sean who won this year got a hold of nitric acid an glycerol an if you dont know when combined properly the compound turns into nitroglycerin. He made about 10lbs of dynamite an 30min after it exploded the cops came an we had to beat feet.
An that was my new years! |

The night before new year's eve our church held a lock-in and my band played there. It lasted from 6pm friday to 6am saturday morn. Then after a got a couple of hours of sleep saturday, that night me and five of my friends went to watch 'Fun with Dick and Jane' in a town about an hour away. Afterwards we were bored of course and wanted to do something for new years. Dave suggested smashing something...time and time again. But on our way home we decided to drop by a rich neighborhood and play some good ole 'Ding Dong Ditch'. We played for about an hour maybe if that, and then went home and battled with some airsoft guns into the new year. After having been shot in the face and the rest of my body for a while, we all went inside and played some poker. Then watched some UFC. Good times. Cheers. _________________ "You can quote me on that." - Gray |

My family and I went to a friend's house for dinner. Afterwards, we went home to celebrate by ourselves. My mom and I wanted to visit the temple and ring the bell, but I guess we got lazy
After the countdown, there were some fireworks nearby, so my little sister and I went outside to watch for a while. |

I went to a friends house, swam in her pool, watched scary movies, flicked to the main channel, watched the countdown, drew on someone's face, slept, woke up, went home.

Same here. Only it was 101 and I was laying on my boyfriend's couch till 11:40. He was really sweet about the whole deal though and just slept beside me. It was actually very nice.
I didn't start partying until after the ball dropped. I was still a bit woozy till like 1:00, then my boyfriend's sister put in some Micheal Jackson hits and I got up to mock dance with his sister until my boyfriend got up and danced. He's a really good dancer so it was worth tiring myself out to see him shake it.
For the rest of the night, my boyfriend, my mom and dad, and I were laughing our asses off watching Kylie (my boyfriend's sister) do ghetto karaoke to hits from the 80s all the way to 2005. I couldn't resist singing Sweet Child 'O Mine with my boyfriend's mom.
It was weird. I after all that laughing and singing, I felt a lot better. :)
But then 'round 3 AM, my mom and dad and I went back home to get a few hours of sleep. Then we came back to have breakfast over there and spent the day, eating and laughing.
Then I almost passed out again so I layed down with my boyfriend in his room and watched Silence of the Lambs. Nothing says starting off the new year quite like transexuals, cannibals and mass murderers. Happy new year. _________________ Vaccum cleaners may look fun, but are deadly sex toys. as are certain vegetables like, terri schiavo -Powtaz |

I did party later on, once I was better. My brother got high and climbed a tree, and the branch he was on promptly broke and he fell about ten feet to the ground. he jumped up as if nothing had happend, took two steps, tripped, and skidded acrous the ground. He stumbled over to the fire, sat down, looked at himself, and asked how he had gotten so dirty. Fun times. _________________

My New years eve was mostly toned down and a little boring at times. I felt left out when I was around my best friend Robin and her boyfriend alot. Watched the ball drop and had "fake" wine haha, that fizzy grape juice.....YES
Played Crash Bandicoot for about three hours then watched Wolf creek with some friends at 5 In the morning. I know I party hard  _________________ I'm just a simple MEGGY MAE. |

I went to bed early...because I had to get up at 4 in the morning to catch a flight the next day. Darn too, because I would've had a chance to see the rose parade... _________________ Makes you wonder, doesn't it? |

I was in Vermont for New Year's. :3 All I did with my boyfriend was romp, watch fireworks, drink chocolate liqeur and then watch anime.
Even though I'm not a party person, going to the one where my other friends were (3 states down XP) woulda been nice. |

My new year's eve and new year was most miserable and tiring. You guys are so lucky to have parties.
I'm a Filipino so it's normal for me to see fireworks on New year's eve. But in the place I'm at during that time, it didn't happen. My family and I went to Vancouver, Canada for a Christmas vacation. We left Manila, Philippines in the morning of 25, so we arrived at noon in Vancouver on 25. We had an extended Christmas, so we had a pretty good time. The day of our departure to Manila was on the 31st at 9:30 pm. Hmmm...unfortunate. But the flight was delayed for 3 hours so the plane has to leave on Jan. 1, 2006 at 12:30 am. Boring new year, really. We had to stay in the airport from 10pm to 12:30 am. Well, at least we had a new year's celebration on the ground for 30 minutes, but without the partying and all those smokin' fireworks we usually see. And everyone in the airport was sleeping that time. BORING!! After the flight we arrived in the Phillipines on the 2nd at 6:30 am. I had to suffer jetlag for 3 days, too.
BORING, TIRING, BORING, TIRING, BOOORRIIING!!! _________________ --Small minds talk about people, average minds talk about events, great minds talk about ideas. But of a humble heart, the Lord wil not scorn, and from its abundance the mouth speaks.
