Lifelike

Yeah, I'm not expecting anyone from the midwest to have actually caught this 18 minute short at one of the various film festivals or screenings, but...you never know, and it doesn't hurt to point it out.

The film is Lifelike, "a story of life, death, and taxidermy". The website is HERE, where you can see production stills and watch the trailer. It's a short version of a full feature script, which from the synopsis, I really hope gets picked up. Even better if they keep the cast, which has Brian Hamman as the costar.

And if you don't recognize him (and by you, I basically mean Katie, James, Tyler, and Craig), he was lovely little Maytag in Prison Break. Bitch #1 with the funny hair who tries to kill Michael. Watch the trailer 'cause he actually says more than "you want a weapon, bitch". I know no one else here seems to share my Maytag love, but...they should.

Anyway, I like the concept. Something about bitter people sitting in a bar complaining that I enjoy. And fame and cocaine (in the full script). Good stuff. And much love for Brian getting more screen work.
