I have the N64 game of Super Smash Bros. ... good times...so many memorys...

My best characters are Roy, Marth, and Young Link. With Marth and Roy it's all about the power of their sword combos with are one of the strongest in the game while with Young Link it's all about speed and jumping over everyone.

My best are Falco and Starfox. The others are good. Mewtwo and Game and Watch arent really my faves. S.S.B.M. is ine of the best selling games ever.

It's ok. I mean, I did make it to the finals and all, but for some reason the computers kept beating me and my sibs, no matter how many times we attacked them and sometimes we didn't even fall over the edge...And they still won! It was like the computers were supposed to win. Augh..

It took me about ten minutes to defeat Giga Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo from Super Smash Brothers Melee using Peach.
How long did it take my brother to defeat those characters using Yoshi? Two minutes.
I like to obsess over stuff. Here are all the things I'm obsessing over:

There are a [u]lot[/u] of people who like this game, me included. I have a new fave quite often, but lately its been Samus and Luigi. Both awsome characters. Except i can only be luigi if he is wearing pink. Any other color just won't do. Sheik is also cool, but [i]every[/i] girl likes her and she gets old. It's weird that Zelda is more powerful than Sheik, i thought it would be the other way around. HEy, has anyone fought Giga Bowser? *Raises hand* I have! Laughing

The best character that can kill the big bad Giga Bowser with two attacks is the small and petit Jigglypuff with her REST attack, ironic really. On level 51 I used her to get rid of Giga Bowser fast, Mewtwo and Ganondorf were the hard part.

Well, since Zelda is the original and Sheik is her cover when she's trying to lay low and not do too much, and since Zelda has nearly unlimited magical power whereas Sheik cannot use any because she's supposed to lay low, is it really so surprising? ~.^

It's really a matter of preference and playing style, though. Technically, the neither of them are better than the other, just like no character is really better than any of the other ones. They all have their advantages and disadvantages, and if they work for you and your playing style, then fantastic. If not, oh well. That doesn't make any of the other characters weaker, right?

Uh, i guess not...

But i meant more pwerful as in, well, she has more power! Zelda's smash attack is going to do a lot more damage then Sheik's ever will. Sheik is fast, Zelda is strong. For that reason, i find it usefull to switch between them. Most people who use Zelda are never Zelda but always sheik, but i always use Sheik in the begining, then switch to Zelda for a super power attack killer smash thing! Or whatever.

All this talk about Sheik makes me want to change to my old Sheik avator.

Strange, I used Peach in that battle. Took a long time, around like 10-15 minutes, maybe longer. The reason I used Peach was because she could float, and then I could dodge most of their attacks.

some advice, dolphin, and anybody else that needs help in the tourney mode or otherwise... I recommend Yoshi, and also bowser, as both of them have a similar attack... stay in the air, and try to get over your opponent... then use down+b attack, and smash them... do this over, and over, and over, and over, and over again until they die... Yoshi's spit 'n crap attack [or at least that's what I call it...] is also good... sometimes you can get your opponent next to an edge, and make them think their about to win, and then use that attack... they turn into an egg and fall to their death...

[I'm the king of cheap moves... that's why most of my friends don't play me much any more... Rolling eyes

My brother did that on me once. Yoshi is his favorite character. I don't like using Yoshi, or Bowser.

My sister's having a birthday party in February, and her and her friends are having a Smash Brothers Tourny (finally!). I'm joining them, and my brothers I think are too. We are all going to use one character, and so far, all I know is that:

I'm using Marth, my brother is using Yoshi, two of my sister's friends are using Mewtwo and Kirby, and my sister I think is using either Peach of Cpt.Falcon.

I don't know about her other two friends (there are 4 in total, ack, and one of them likes Inuyasha, I think...Can't wait to meet her.)

looking at those characters... I'm telling you right now... use link! He's your best chance [but I think kirby will still win...] Link has that attack where he comes down on his sword... dunno if it's down+b, or down+a, but use it repeatedly... it's your best shot!

Mmm...no, your best shot is the character you're best with. I'd have a much better chance at a tournament with Zelda than I would with Link, just because I'm better with her...although, I guess if you could use all characters equally well, than Link might be your best bet. Or maybe not.
