Warning Bars?

Are those warning bars new or am I just oblivious? How do you 'warn' someone, and what happens if you do?

It's been explained elsewhere, but basically it's something you can use to see if you're pushing your luck.

Yes. The reason why it appears as if you are the only one to have it, is because you can't see anyone else's, and they can't see yours.

It's remotely comparable to your salary, where only you (and of course those in accounting) know what it is, you don't discuss it with anyone else.
