What's Your Fave Ff Char Class?

One of my all time favorites was Freya (dragoon). She was the most interesting character in 9 and if you used her a lot she did amazing damage. I love the jump ability and her special moves were really effective as well. I used her constantly and it paid off.

In Final Fantasy XI, my favorite job is black mage. The damage you do at later levels is just kind of sickening. heh. <3 my blm.

NO NO NO, VIVI was the AWESOMEST charecter in the whole FF SEIRES, I loved the way that you can use his magic, he is the most powerfulest person on the WHOLE games....Amen.......

I made a character class/personality test. Try it out. Say what you got. I got Paladin.Of course I coulda just rigged it to say that. But I didn't. It's fairly basic. Don't expect any cool graphics.Click here to go to it.

Funny, because I got Black Mage and Dragoon as my #1 and #2. Like I said, my favorites. :P

And yes, Vivi was also good.

But personally, I love the Bard. Cool

Annoyingly slow and overall useless, he needs more love.

I Got Beserker for the first one, and Chemist for the second o.O

Anyway >.> For my favorite class... pretty much anything that does a lot of physical damage. Except for white mages (for the healings) I tend to not use magic types as much.

What about Monk? Come on now, they can take on any beast without weapons. Since you'll be captured and stripped of your possessions at least once during the game, it helps to have a Monk along. Razz

And I think Tifa fits that class. Therefore, Monk = Yay!

Auron is a great character. When you upgrade his weapon fully he does such crazy damage. That's the great thing about X. It's always nice to see damage breaking 9999. 9999 gives me a nice feeling inside but 64,000 damage brings a smile to my face. Overkill, yes please. ^_^

I think Relm from FF6 has my ABSOLUTE favorite class, though. She is the one and only Pictomancer, who can make her drawings come to life ^.^ Like a Summoner, except even better!

I just love the concept of summoning creatures from other worlds in general. Hence why my favourite RPG series to date is Summon Night, where the main character is a summoner. ^__^

Haha, I have yet to finish FF6. XD I have no idea who Relm is. XD

lol, my boyfriend made this banner for my old website involving Relm. It wasn't exactly a nice depiction of her. She was an interesting character to play, class wise, but I just didn't like her.

I loved summoning in 8. haha. That was my key to pwning that game. I had my GFs all leveled to 100 with ridiculous compatibility in no time. Summons are always great, especially the Magus sisters in 10. <3

For some reason, I've also really loved Shiva. Something about her.

Summoning in 8 was just too easy. There were absolutely no limitations on the GFs' powers. Which, don't get me wrong, wasn't exactly a bad thing, but it's more interesting when you have to plan them more carefully. I.e. FF6, where you can only summon each Esper once per battle, or FFT, where you have to worry about range and casting time.

And yeah, Relm can be a little annoying at times--but ya gotta admire her for being a twelve-year-old taking on a world-shifting dictator...^.^

Because Shiva is cool. Particularly in FF10. Diamond Dust in FF10 is absolutely the coolest way to utterly murderlize groups of enemies in record time. There are a few summons I like better than her (Fenrir and Terrato from FF6 ~.^ It always comes back to FF6 with me) but not many, that's for sure.
