How To Be A Moderator/on The Approval System

Lol, I've been totally frequenting these boards lately, and sorry now if I annoy anyone.
But, is there still any way to be a moderator? More specifically on the approval sysytem? I figure I've been on the site long enough and know the rules well enough that I could be one. I'm on the site when no other people from the approval team are quite often.
So is there any way to be one? Or do you have to know people personally who run the site etc, or am I too late to ask?

Its been 12 minues damnit! You have to wait a few hours or a week or so. If Denise wants you to be a mod he'll/she'll tell you. I don't think there's any other way, and deffently not by asking.

In all sites and boards I go to, asking to become a mod is one of the best way to guarantee you will [i]not[/i] become one.

A moderator and a member of the Approval Member are two different things. Modderator refers specifically to the forum, and it's unlikely people will be able to become one. An Approval Panel member, however... you can try contacting Denis and asking him about it. After all, you can't really have too many people on the Approval Panel. XD

Erm .. good question, youcan't PM 'cus it's full :\ ... Email perhaps? On other forums i've joined they prefer you not to ask to be one because if you do then they say you can't ever be one ... Denis may be different but who knows. In my opinion we have enough moderators, and for the AP team just wait would you. A couple of hours is nothing so just be patient and your pics will be up.

Meh, I'm not mad about having to wait for pictures to be put up, I was just wondering if i could help. I also figured that I'd ask how to be on the approvial team becaue it definately isn't by existing on the site for a long time. That was what I origionally wanted to know.

I know what you mean, about helping out. Since I come online tons of different times to others.
Last time I think Denis put up a topic on the forums asking people whether they wanted to and picked some. I don't know about now though.......
But we do have a good team. Have good teams about everything really. If things aren't that good Denis usually notices.

If things get too out of control for us, and we think we need more help, we'll consider adding more people on to the team. But now, I think we're pretty good.

To be honest we have a good amount on the AP. Now, Denis knows that if he wants something done, one of his helper-slave monkeys will do it and it's usually sorted pretty quickly. Thanks for the interest though.
