Bah, I just dropped in to say that I finally finally finally watched up through episode 134, and I think I'm all caught up to the main storyline, as the next episode smells of filler. I was kind of thinking of switching over to the manga, but I was wondering what book/chapter that would be around... I don't really want to start reading the manga from the beginning. -_-

And yes, I hear that Sakura actually becomes a proficient fighter after the time skip, but you gotta admit that pre-time skip Sakura just sucks. D:

Really horrible fillers....fillers that makes you watch the current Bleach fillers because those are like...10.000 times better!

I stopped reading or watching Naruto 3 years ago. @_@, personally, the Tsunade arc was the best for me, after that, it basically crashes.

All-righty then. I don't suppose you know around where in the manga (like which volume) I could jump in and not read repetitious content? I don't really want to suffer through Naruto and Sasuke's ridiculous battle again. x_X

The Kakashi Gaiden is a good starting point (several chapters that provide a nice little backstory about how Kakashi got his sharingan and a little more about how he got his current personality an such). It starts at chapter 239

It's not really all that important to the plot though so if you wanna just dive into the main story line start at chapter 245 , that's the begining of part two of the series (takes place almost three years after the whole battle thing the story basically skips the whole period of time where Naruto trained with Jiraiya).

I do not know how to get the white quote thing going on, so I'll try to make it as non-spoilerish as I can.

Mostly they think every new character that gets introduced is an Uchiha. Why does everyone has to be a freakin' Uchiha?
The last one that got introduced around the beginning of the 2nd arc in the timeskip (the drawing kid) already got labelled as Uchiha as he looks kinda like Sasuke. They also see Sasuke in everyone and his dog....
