Are you referring to Adobe Photoshop? It is a program that has to be purchased. Is that what you were looking for? If so, you will have to buy it to use that. There are other options for croping and resizing, however. plenty of programs do it, even a few websites are programmed to. |

Yes, even Paint will do resizing, and it doesn't do a good job. MS Photo Editor does a marginally better job, but it's still not as good as an all-out resampling.

Don't use Paint if you can avoid it. It is very easy to improperly crop something, leaving a lot of white space. I f you are looking for an online website that helps you resize, go look on google. I'm not feeling extreemly generous so don't expect me to go find one for you. You need to do the ground work yourself. I bet if you dug around on your computer, you could find a program that would work for you. Alot of computers come with basic photo editing programs, crappy as they may be. |
