Is Anyone Else Having This Problem?

Everytime I go to add a picture to my favorites I get the same error- Error: 1016: Can't open file: 'favorite_pictures.MYI'. (errno: 144)

Same for when I go to my profile to look through my favorite pictures... in place of my favorite pictures is that error. Also, the comments on my profile aren't showing up. It's been like this all day, and I want to make sure that its not just me..

If its not just me, does anyone know how to fix this?

Yeah, that's a bad glitch in the system that's been around today. I'd advise not to add any pictures to your favorites but instead copy and paste the picture link into a program like MS Word. Then when the bug or whatever is solved you can go back to add them.
This was a concern for me this morning since the favorite pictures thing cuts out your profile comments. You can't read them unfortunately since the error comes before the profile comments and you can't scroll down to them. Errors are a big problem with FAC since you can't read profile comments if you come from an e-mail domain. For example, if Denis's FAC automated e-mail replier thing sends you an e-mail saying you just recieved a new comment on you profile (assuming you're using an e-mail like MSN), when you click the link an error pops up at the bottom of the page where the comments should be. Oddly enough this isn't a problem for picture comments... But you know the saying, nothing is perfect.
Hopefully we can bug Denis to fix this problem soon so we don't have another FAC meltdown where we had to get a bunch of mirrors for the site and have it down for a week. Let's cross our fingers for this to be fixed soon Very Happy

You can check out the countless number of previous threads devoted to the subject. Go to the www.fanart-central.net main page and log in. Then you should see a button called 'Add Picture'. Click, then follow the instructions.
