Joining this thread a bit late, but how many episodes does this show have? Guy in work was going on about it and I'm kind of curious now.

Fma is awesome. People have a right to dislike it but I will think you're completely insane. Not that you would care. ^_^ Anyway, in my opinion FMA is one of the best anime out there. One of them. There are lots more. OWNED.

Oh, and yes there are 51 episodes. The movie is also pretty good even though I only saw it in Japanese with subtitles. ^_^

The movie made me want to cry, but I'm more than satisfied with how it came out. :> The ending provided closure, and that's all I need.

(Here's hoping the OVA won't eat the series alive.)

Dunno, its a great show because the main characters aren't perfect and always win. I think you would enjoy it Craig. Smile

It is a challenge indeed, although it IS worth the time.
Specially if you watched one or two episodes on [Adult Swim] around episode 40.... you get frustrated for not being able to follow the story Razz

Last episode of FMA is showing on cartoon network this weekend. It has me woundering, what next. How long will the keep replaying it and what will they put on to replace it. I've got so use to watching it that my weekend might never be the same. This is makeing me depressed. Banghead

FMA ended over a year and a half ago. The movie came out on DVD recently, and was incredibly awesome I cried ;_; and an OVA is coming later.

It better have more Kimblee.

Are you serious! it ended that long ago . In the United States I don't think the movies has even come out to general public and the last episode hasn't been broadcasted on cartoon network.

It ended within the first couple of weeks in September.

Gundam SEED Destiny took its timeslot too.

I just finished my torrent of it. So I'm gonna watch it. First episode seems pretty good so far. Thing's in subtitles as well.
