I think it would be confusing! [Ex.] Seatya wanted to change her name.She went to the place to change it, and changed her name to Evee_is_kewl. The name Evee_is_kewl was already taken. So her name was changed to Evee_is_kewl1.
see? we would have tons of ppl with the same name, hense it being easy to steal other ppls work because the name is practicly the same! So if ppl want to change their name, they need to delete their acount, and make a new one. ^__^ thats what I think! Smile

2. Yes, most graphics software will allow you to do this. I suggest using jpeg only for the final product because it is lossy.
3. That is probebly a timeout because what you are trying to upload (proebly a bmp) is too big.

Hey, I want to write a story, but I cant really figure out how to, where do I go if I want to write a story?

Well, I STRONGLY suggest doing the actual writing in somthing like MS word not in the web browser -- Its safer in that way, less chance of loosing all your work.

Then copy all the text. Go to the add picture page, and choose add story.

Fill out the form and paste your story text in the approprate box.

You can add additional chapters to your story from the add chapter link under add picture

(Ya, I know add picture should be called somthing like add content, but I don't wanna recreate the buttons)

Aw, someone wants to talk bad about us? No one, and I mean absolutely no one, is kicked for no reason. If someone was kicked they were:

a) Role playing when they weren't supposed to (this gets taken as "for no reason" far too often. If you were role playing AT ALL during a conversation, you can be kicked. That includes things like "/me climbs a tree" "/me 's ears twitch" and so on)
b ) Pestering an op. Complaining to them can also get you kicked because we don't want to hear it.
c) Whining about someone, yourself or otherwise, being kicked. If you were kicked, assume it was for a reason and watch your behavior. Don't come back with "LIKE OMFG! Y DID U DO THAT?!!!!!!1". Same goes for those "defending" their friends. Just let it go. Being kicked is a warning, and elevating the situation is a good way to turn that warning into a ban.

Breaking any chat rule or nagging an op is grounds for being kicked. You may not think the behavior was bad, but the point of being kicked is to alert a user to the fact they need to shape up. Far too many people ignore the "please stop" warnings.

As for talking nasty, I assume you mean that one of two ways. If you mean talking bad about people, I don't see how ops aren't entitled to voice their opinions of a user (usually one that was being disruptive, at that). If you mean nasty subjects...users have said it before and will say it again, don't like the conversation, get out. It's hardly just ops having discussions that have been filled with a user only contributing "EWWWWWW!".

It takes responsibility to be a chat op. Enforce the rules and kick those that are breaking them. If you don't like the rules, you're welcome to leave and use AIM.

First off, everytime I look at this topic, I think it says fag. Anyway, for what I was going to say...

Before some little kid blames me again, I wasn't in the chat at all today (not yet anyway), and I'm pretty sure I wasn't in there yesterday.

And yes, if you were kicked you probably did SOMETHING. Even I don't kick for no reason (though some people think that I do :/).

Lastly... WOO, go Fallen, you tell 'em!
