ok i just rented prince of pursia the two thrones and i got to the first boss and i cant hit him in the eyes. the game tells me to hit him in the eyes but climb upm to his level and jump at him and i can only attack his sholder and nothing else.

how do i kill him i have tryed like 30 time and still the same outcome

Please I can't kill Trema in FFX-2 die already he kills me before I even take out half of that damn 999999 hp!

I don't know much about Trema, but I heard that trying to reduce his MP to 0 will pretty much get rid of most of his most dangerous attacks.

Correct my good man ^_^

Trema is the easiest boss EVER if he has no MP.

Equip two of the girls with Dark Knight and give them Crystal Bangles and Crystal Gloves so they have top defence and HP

Equip the last girl with Gunner with Trigger Happy lvl 3 and gave her Catnip and something else, nothing to raise her health though [I gave her Rabites Foot, that gaves Luck +100]

Just have the two Dark Knights heal with X-Potions and stuff and revived the dead Gunner as she will die a lot. Use the Gunner to attack with Trigger Happy lvl 3 while she is in the yellow health and after about 8 or 9 rounds of shooting he'll be dead OWNED.

Thanks I use a White Mage with Crystal Bangle and Speed Bracer (Rikku) a Samaruai with Two Kaiser Knuckles (Paine) and Gunner with Mythril Bangle and Catnip (Yuna) against Paragon. I should sphere change Paine and Rikku into Dark Knights I know but I forgot If they learn Osmose? Do they or do I need a certain Garment Grid (forgive me my brain stopped working because I was playing 10 (ok I beat it 4 times already) but I wanted to try something that usually I have Holy by Yunalesca. I want to try to have Holy, Flare, and Quick Hit. Oh and I can't beat that old man (another brain block) after the Catherdral in Xenosaga 2

You should use Valiant Lustre, for extra Defence and Magic Defence.

I forgot to say, use Soul Springs and MP Springs [I think thats what its called :huh: ] to take away his Mp. He only has 999 Mp and none he will not be able to do Ultima and those other nasty spells. But he is still able to do Metoer ;_; but if you use the 2 Dark Knight and Gunner Catnipped then you'll be laughing Smile

Trema took me a while, had 2 gunners with catnip and a warrior with the sentinal making all his annoying physical attacks only do 1 damage. Took me a while managed to do it though, although I think I had iron duke or key to success as a equipment item.

You get Iron Duke off Trema so you must have beaten him twice, and played it twice cause you have two Catnip items.

I found Paragon harder than Trema because of his Genesis move, but with 2 Gunners with Catnip he won't even hit you. Also used a Garment Grid on the Gunner that allowed her to attack at the start of the battle. [ Highway Wind or something Uneasy

Yep, have all three characters with iron duke now kick butt right at the start. Paragon? I thought it was Pentagon? meh hated that one too, capnip jobbie on him too.

I'm pretty sure its Paragon

Trema is probably the sorriest excuse for a Boss who is supposed to be the toughest in that game. Ruby Weapon, the Dark Aeons and Penace were very difficult enemies. Ozma from Final Fantasy 7 was a bitch aswell, although he had some tricky attacks.

Yeah but thanks for Trema you people. I think I found a better way to take his mp out though. Have a samaraui or someone who knows the Bushido skill Magicide with 255 strength I took out 540 mp normally. Could you imagine a critical? This time he just got lucky cause I acidentilly hit Trigger Happy instead of Phoenix Down and I had Yuna- 351 hp and Paine-677 hp at the beggining of the fight. Sorry Rikku was knocked out.

Yeah you have to do Rin's Mystery I think? Did you go to Mi'ihen in chapter 3 for a Commsphere to be put down. Then you have to view that commsphere in chapter 4. And in chapter 5 Rin lays more down so you can help.
Here are the prizes

Rikku:You get to ride chocobos and you get the Ragnarok accesory. (Makes all mp costs zero)
Calli:You get to ride chocobos
Chocobo Eater:You get to ride chocobos
The Prophet:You get to see a special funny scene (or so the guide says)
Rin:You get to ride chocobos and you get Gippal's Sphere.

The Prophet is the only person that you won't be able to get 100% with.

1 Soul Springs takes away 800 Mp at least

and you then don't need a Samurai, with its terrible defence in your party OWNED.
