Hey I know you hate dumb characters (sometimes they're funny but who cares)
For me it would have to be Peppita Rossetti from Star Ocean Till the End of Time

Palmer was a pretty stupid character, he's run was gay and in the end he got knocked down. How did he even get into Shinra ?

He was head of the Space program wasn't he? Guess he knew a thing or two about rockets.

Another one worth mentioning is almost any guard from the Metal Gear games.

Hated characters? Hmmm.....
I hated Seymour. Period. He was annoying and the bad kind of evil that is definitely uncool. I hated everything about him. Pretty weird considering it's just a video game. I don't really hate anyone else from a game. I might not like a character, but I wont go making a thread about how much I hate some fictional being.
