Just looks like the hair is over it, and I can see a different colored hair as well.

dang it looks like some one copied off of someone who copied of something.
a drawing with such a beautifuly shaded face like that would not have that awfully hair and cloths like that lacking in shading and in form.

What a confusing web we weave.

I don't know the original but I can say that this was definately copied. The difference in the hair and the arm were not done by the the same person who originaly made the picture. No one would do such poor work like that when the rest is perfectly fine.
