What Inspires You.

-ANIME NIGHT.

I only get to watch anime once every two weeks (usually less) and so when I watch anime, it makes me REALLY hyper. And then I draw like crazy. (Lately I've made a habit of taping anime night so I can draw excellent all the time Wink

)

-Music, of course... I can't remember the last time I drew something non-fanart that wasn't because of music, or simply a weird little doodle.

-Getting new manga. Makes me hyper.

-Seeing my little 6-year-old friend draw me pictures. His Inuyasha drawings are so cute. Not that he should really be watching Inuyasha at his age, but hey. His drawings make me happy.

-School. It doesn't really inspire me, but I jsut can't stop drawing at school. Someone was foolish enough to give me a pencil and paper, and start to ramble at me about something that I already know. So I draw.

My inspirations are the usual music, other drawings, cartoons, requests etc. Ya know.

The most common breeding ground of my inspiration is the stock photo websites. ^___^

Usually for me it's seeing other people's artwork. But sometimes I could think "Hey, I've not done anything of. I'll have to try something."

a lot of stuff inspires me. For one TV helps cause I'll sometimes do a parady of a real thing. The Discovery CHannel and Populer Mechanics. give me ideas on Realistic like technology. Motortrend gives me ideas on cars. The Lues Lamore Westers also inspired me. It's actualy a cool combo when yo combine a Western with a Sci Fi.

I am inspired by the random ideas that spawn from deep within my brain somewhere. If that makes any sense at all. lol

These are my major inspirations:

I also draw my inspiration from artists whose skills surpass mine. ^_^ When I see such an artist, it makes me want to get better and continue to practice. I'll go an into a drawing craze when that happens.

Another thing that has contributed to my inspiration is natural scenery. I love to wake up early in the morning just so I can see what the sunrise will look like. It reminds me of what a great artit the universe/nature/etc. truely is.

And lastly, I am inspired by my best friend (who draws as well). Some of the conversations we share are absolutely hillarious. I'll probably want to go back and do a little doodle or comic of it afterward.

Some other things that inspire me are music, television, those "little things" that my friends/family do, and some other things that I can't think of at the moment. :)

Phew! That was a bit difficult for me to explain. It just happens so frequently and naturally. lol I hope what I said made sense.

Hmm what inspires me, more like what inspired me. (past tence)

~ Seeing little kids and inexperienced artists draw, makes me want to draw for some weird reason.

~ Music does'nt really inspire me, but it does help the mood some when its the right song :P

That works reverse for me.

I never have attempted anything for a very long time, so sadly i've lost all inspiration.

Mmm,the picture usually comes into my head.I vision it and try to reproduce what I saw.If I find a pose I like,I steal it.Art from professional artists also inspire me sometimes.But mostly,I vision something and draw it.

Nothing Much, actually looking through others art inspires me. I say I like that and hey I wanted to do something like that. Or hey me and that person like the same thing. So you want to participate in making your art. Also I think promoting your style is cool I love individual art something new and unique it's cool. Plus I get inspired by mostly in interests. :huh:

well besides music and other cool lokin pics, theres this one girl whos drawin skillz are a bit under mines but any times she draws she gets me motivated to draw too :wub:

I guess inspiration can come from everywhere so I will just say everything almost. Mainly music I listen to, I love listening to trance and techno, each song and beat triggers a new thought, but almost any type of music can inspire me, when I first started drawing I liked Dir en grey so my art was more dark and insane.

My other friends artwork as many have said before, its nice to pick up techniques and coloring/inking skills from others you are close to. Always share ideas and thoughts, I found it helps out alot in the future.

And last but not least I guess my enviroment. It can be anything from what sort of room I am in, to what mood I am feeling and thoughts that go in my head from the day,previous day, day before that. Events that you go through usually help. Man I need to stop rambling Razz

I;d have to say my bald pet parrot inspires me to draw. no seriously she does. Because she is bald I can see all the muscles and the way the bones move. It really is quite amazing.

Everything. Whatever I'm doing can inspire me, really. If I'm playing a video game (let's use Oddworld: Strangers Wrath as an example) I have a million ideas popping into me head. If I'm reading a review or looking at pictures of Final Fantasy, I have a million more. If I read Lord of the Rings, I want to draw every scene in the book. Same goes with the Narnia series. If I'm skiing, or swimming, or something like that, I come up with all these different ideas. Anything and everything.
