Favorite Squareenix Villian

I made this cuz Sephiroth vs. Seymour didn't give much of a choice.
My favorite Villian is Zeromus. His attacks weren't strong but without a crystal you can't hurt him. Plus to use the crystal your heart has to be pure.
But I added villians from every point of the games. Cause I know you're saying "Ultimecia was the villlian of 8" but at one point Edea was.

Edit- Opps I forgot Luther. just say it if Luther's your favorite don't vote if he is.

Now that I think Zeromus vs. Sephiroth would be the best Squareenix battle match.
Sephiroth wouldn't damage Zeromus since he can't use the crystal cuz his heart is evil.
and Zeromus wouldn't be able to damage Sephiroth.
I'd be a miracle if one won.
