The gas prices around my town just keep on rising w/out any sign of stabilizing.
I was just wondering what gas prices are in other places...so post the general area of where you live and your gas price and if you anything interesting to say about it go ahead.
Area: USA - Southern IL
Gas price: $ 2.60 |

This is my math, so please correct me if it's wrong.
The station across the road is 89p a litre of unleaded.
89p x 3.785 = 1 gallon at 3.36865
Current conversion rate: 1 to $1.73559
3.36865 x 1.73559 = 5.8465952535
Roughly rounded that comes to $5.85 a gallon.
If that's right, then :o

high 90's low dollars. I think I passed one today at $1.05
For those in the US that requires 3 comversions. $ca->$us, litre->gallons, decminal->fracton. _________________ You will obey or molten silver will be poured into your ears. |

$1.05!?   A gallon of gas for $1.05 <_< ...I've only heard of it...never seen it that cheap before
Denis do you live where do you live?...somewhere else other than America?...was $1.05 for a liter of gas? Confused...hopefully confused...really don't like being screwed over by gas being that cheap somewhere else.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about liters, given the conversion table he put out.
The closest I could guesstimate would be $5 bucks or more. But I REAAALLLLY don't feel like doing any math, so... Don't take my word on it.
If he was talking about gallons, I'd have to hijack a bus over there... a hydrobus. |

2.59 is for the cheapo gas down here in Florida. Goes up to 2.79 for the supreme.
Yay for being really close to work and not having to fill up once a week anymore. |

2.30 some for gas
2.50 some for deisel.
i think.
I live in Minnesota USA
we use 20% eathonal gas and Bio deisel up here
the gas price thing is stupid. I mean I remeber were I could fill the layn mower with 5 bucks. now it takes 10-12 bucks. the sad part is that was only last year... _________________ |

Would be nice to have that option down here, but I don't b/c the town's too small. I guess there's always the bike option, but I'll have to invest in a better backpack. |
